This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") - the creator and copyright holder of the information site, and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") on the use of the site located at https://batumi.estate (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

This Agreement is a public offer of the Company. By using the Site, including by viewing the pages and materials of the Site, the User confirms that he/she has read and agrees with the Legal Information of the Site and this User Agreement and means the User's accession to this Agreement and unconditional acceptance of its terms.

General Provisions
This User Agreement applies to all Users of the Site, regardless of the purpose of using the Site, and constitutes a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The user agreement shall apply to Users from the moment they enter their Username (login) and Password. Clicking the "Register" button shall indicate the User's full and unconditional consent to this user agreement (acceptance of the offer) in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In case of disagreement with the user agreement, the User undertakes to stop viewing or using the services of the Site, as well as to delete any materials posted by them on the Site. The current version of the user agreement is permanently posted at the URL: http://elar.ru/polzovatelskoe-soglashenie/ The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this user agreement at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The User independently monitors changes to the Agreement and familiarizes themselves with the current version of the user agreement. The User's continued use of the Site after changes and/or additions have been made to this Agreement shall constitute the User's acceptance and consent to such changes and/or additions.
When registering, the User is obliged to inform the Company and check the accuracy of their data: last name, first name and patronymic, e-mail, password. In case of errors or inconsistencies in some of the data, please contact the Company's Technical Support Service at the e-mail address office@elar.ru.
By accepting this Agreement, the User gives the Company consent to the processing of their personal data transferred by them to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
When registering, the User independently enters the Username (login) and the selected Password in encrypted form. The User is fully responsible for the security of the selected Username (login) and Password, in particular for the lack of access to them by third parties.
The User undertakes to use the Site only for personal non-commercial purposes in accordance with this User Agreement.
The Company undertakes not to intentionally disclose information about the User provided by them during registration to third parties, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law.
By accepting this Agreement, the User:
Confirms that he/she has read the terms of this Agreement.
Understands that the Site may contain certain materials intended only for Users who have reached the age of 18.
Undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the current and applicable laws in this area.
Undertakes not to publish in the public domain email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, links and other contacts.
Undertakes not to publish insults, slander, obscene language, pornographic or other immoral materials; materials demonstrating or promoting cruelty, terror or violence; materials insulting human dignity; as well as other materials that do not comply with the law.
Undertakes not to mislead other Users, as well as not to stalk or harass them; not to contact other Users if they perform actions that clearly indicate their unwillingness to contact the User; not to engage in pimping, as well as to perform other actions that violate the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Undertakes not to use the Site without the consent of the Company to attract the attention of other Users to goods, works or services produced, sold, performed or provided by the User or other persons, not to use the Site to distribute advertising materials or illegal propaganda materials. The User agrees to the transfer to the Company of non-exclusive rights (simple non-exclusive license) to use, reproduce, distribute, translate and remake materials legally owned by him (literary, scientific works, works of art, phonograms, audiovisual and other works), added by him to the Site or transferred to the Company in any other way, by cable, wire or with the help of
