Ambassadori Island Batumi is a project of historical magnitude, spanning 84 hectares and conceptualized as the formation of two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island in the Black Sea. This endeavor is being executed in rigorous compliance with sustainable development and smart-city standards, setting new benchmarks for regional urban evolution and serving as a catalyst for national economic progression.
The master plan dedicates 49% of the territory to publicly accessible recreational and green zones. These will encompass parklands, dedicated pedestrian trails, specialized sports fields, and integrated entertainment and wellness spaces. The project is further designed to include critical infrastructure such as educational and healthcare facilities, luxury hotels, apartments, private residences, exclusive villas, heliports, a modern yacht club, and a casino.
The island’s First Tower will be prominently situated on the right peninsula. This 58-story skyscraper will serve as a modern hub, featuring high-end apartments with unparalleled views and interiors. The tower will integrate contemporary co-working spaces, essential commercial and household services, a rooftop heliport, premium dining and breakfast areas, comfortable leisure zones, and sophisticated wellness amenities. Casino operations are provisioned within this inaugural skyscraper.
The Ambassadori Island project is being realized by Ambassadori Group through strategic collaboration with distinguished international engineering and architectural firms. Key partners include Yüksel Proje (known for designing two international airports on Black Sea reclaimed land near Batumi) and the British consultancy firm Arup, a global leader in complex urban planning.
