Construction costs increased by 13 percent in the year and a half from February 2022 to November 2023.
At the same time, real estate prices have increased significantly.
What caused this growth? At least not by rising construction costs. Perhaps the end of COVID and the influx of tourists, perhaps an initially low base and a general global trend of interest in stable assets against the backdrop of economic and financial instability.
