The other day a new report from the Georgian National Bureau of Statistics was released.
According to it, the average price per square meter in a new building in 2023 was almost 40% higher than in 2020. Of these, 13-14% over the past year.
The price of housing in apartment buildings rose by 37.9%, of which 12.8% over the past year.
Detached houses - 43.1%, of which 8.6% in 2023.
