Developer Dreamline Development in Batumi

Dreamline is a premium residential and investment complex in the Kakhaberi district, located at Fridon Khalvashi Avenue 135. The project consists of three buildings with 20 to 27 floors and is being developed using monolithic-frame construction technology. The buildings are designed with consideration for the local climate and seismic conditions, while panoramic glazing and open balconies support bright interiors and views toward the sea, mountains and city. The complex is located approximately 1,500 meters from the seaside.
