Dreamline is a premium residential and investment complex in the Kakhaberi district, located at Fridon Khalvashi Avenue 135. The project consists of three buildings with 20 to 27 floors and is being developed using monolithic-frame construction technology. The buildings are designed with consideration for the local climate and seismic conditions, while panoramic glazing and open balconies support bright interiors and views toward the sea, mountains and city.
The complex is located approximately 1,500 meters from the seaside. Its planned internal infrastructure includes a heated rooftop swimming pool with a lounge area, fitness center, kindergarten, children’s and sports grounds, restaurant, shopping facilities and landscaped recreational spaces. A two-level underground parking facility provides 300 spaces, supplemented by 150 outdoor parking spaces. Security and CCTV are also предусмотрены within the project.
Apartments range from 31.8 to 99.7 m² and are offered in black frame, white frame and green frame conditions. Utilities include water supply, sewerage, natural gas, electricity and internet. A dedicated management company is intended to provide services including rental assistance and cleaning, which creates a framework suitable for owners considering rental use of their property.
Construction of all three Dreamline buildings is currently suspended, and sales from the developer are suspended according to the current project status on Korter.
