Metro Avrasya Georgia, a subsidiary of the Turkish-based Metro Holding, was established in 2010. Headquartered in Batumi, Georgia, the company has grown to encompass over 50 subsidiaries across various sectors. With an initial capital of 500 million GEL, Metro Avrasya has diversified into construction, long-distance and international bus station management, legal consultancy, tourism, financial advisory,  transportation, cargo services, construction material supply, hotel management, commercial leasing, and the food and medicine industries.

Key projects include the ongoing construction of the Goderdzi resort, designed to attract winter tourists with its ski facilities and comprehensive amenities, including a hotel with 150 rooms, a few restaurants, a swimming pool, a conference hall and a wellness center. Another significant project is the renovation of the historical Jasmine building in Batumi, which will be transformed into a shopping mall while preserving its 19th-century facade.
