Magnetic Beach Resort is a five-star apartment complex on the Black Sea coast, located just 30 metres from the sea. The project combines residential real estate with the infrastructure of a full-scale seaside resort. Five multi-storey buildings are constructed with a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame and monolithic foundation, while insulated exterior walls improve energy efficiency and help protect apartments from outside noise.
The buildings feature modern utility systems, fire-protection equipment, four passenger elevators and one freight elevator in each building. Apartments are delivered fully renovated and equipped, with panoramic energy-efficient glazing that provides natural light and opens views toward the sea and surrounding landscape.

Residents and guests have access to a swimming pool, SPA, restaurants and cafés, lobby bar, wine cellar, panoramic sky bar and a private beach with black magnetic sand.
