Origami Town is a residential complex by Origami Holding in Batumi’s Bagrationi district, at 108 Mikheil Lomonosov Street. The project combines two 22-storey buildings on a landscaped site and is being constructed using monolithic-frame technology. Block B is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2029, while Block A is planned for the second quarter of 2030.
The complex offers studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Available areas range from 30.2 to 106.1 sq. m. Apartments are delivered in black-frame condition, allowing owners to plan the interior individually. The project includes underground and ground-level parking.
